CALL FOR YOUNG DESIGNERS:

Thanks to everyone who entered our Planet Youth poster competition!

The theme for the poster design is: “Living our best lives.”
We are very pleased to announce the young designers whose posters were selected as the winners were…
Stephanie
from Blackheath and Mountains Christian College

The task you assigned was living our best lives, and to me its all about community and caring for the people around us

Thomas
from Katoomba and St Columbus Catholic College

Hayley
from Mt Riverview and Blaxland High School

The advertisement was inspired by vintage advertising for the original Apple computer, released in 1976. The main centre of the poster is the quartet of squares, which each symbolise a different aspect of concern important for young people to pay attention to; the heart (physical), the smiley face (psychological), the flower (the world we live in) and the handshake (the people that populate it).

And here are some of the other wonderfully creative entries…
Thank you and congratulations to everyone who entered.
We look forward to featuring your creativity as part of the Planet Youth of the future!
